​The low-income South Asian community frequently finds it very difficult to access good employment opportunities in the Boston area.

 

We help them redress this situation through:​

• Providing education and legal assistance for labor, employment and immigration matters.
   

  • Connecting with professional organizations such as the Labor Guild for labor education, training, and personal development. ​

• Exploring individual and collective income generation activities
   

  • ​Coaching members with domestic skills such as cooking to cater for community gatherings, considering ethnic tastes, and presenting professionally.
     

  • Connecting members of our South Asian and wider multi-ethnic community, such as Haitians, with employment opportunities in the area.
