About the Event

Introduction, gathering stories from gardeners, and introduction to garden planning in the city by Annabel Rabiyah and Nasreen Latif. 

This event is the first in the The South Asian Garden Workshop Series, co hosted bt SAWC. It is opart of the Go Green: and wellbeing after the CV-19 pandemic program which our community has been attending. 

The series is presented by Annabel "Nubs" Rabiyah, Engagement Manager, Boston Community Gardens, and Naseema Latiff,  professor at Roxbury Community College and a long-time gardener and partner of the community gardens. The series is supported by Disha, who runs Thornton Farm in Roxbury, and Caroline Bowes, Garden Program Coordinator at The Trustees of Reservations.
